What Will I Get In My Monthly New Release Subscription Box?
Each monthly box contains 4 DVD’s, 4 Blu-ray or 4 UHD discs depending on the format you selected. Additionally, we will pack your box with movie related promotional items, movie snacks, special offers and reminders.
How Do the Subscription Boxes Work?
When you sign up for a subscription box it will be billed and shipped monthly. Each month you will be receiving the same format and type of box you originally chose. For example, if you chose the New Release DVD box you will receive this every month.
If you chose a new release box, you get to choose which movies you receive each month! You will be sent a reminder email where you will login to your account and can pick your movies. There will be one movie that comes standard in every box each month, and then you get to pick three other movies that you would like to receive!
If you love a good surprise like we do, you will want to choose the monthly specialty box subscription! It comes available in whichever format you prefer, and features 4 movies of a specific theme. Each month, there are three themes to choose from and a riddle so you can take a guess as to what you will receive in your box! There will always be one new release movie, and three flick favourites!
When Will Billing Occur?
When you place an order, you will be billed right away using your preferred payment method.
If you order a subscription box, you will be billed on the 14th of the month. Signing up for your My Flicks subscription box means opting into a membership that bills you monthly per box. All monthly subscriptions renew on the 13th of each month*, in advance of your next shipment.
The great thing about our boxes is that you can cancel anytime, no questions asked!
Are Your Boxes Recyclable?
Yes, we absolutely encourage you to recycle or reuse your boxes! My Flicks Home Entertainment is independently owned Canadian company committed to offering environmentally friendly boxes to our members. The raw materials used in the production of our boxes are sourced from suppliers which are FSC and SFI certified, and they are made from mostly post consumer recycled fibres. Plus our boxes are Made in Canada!
When Can I Expect My Shipment?
Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order, and 10-15 business days to receive your package depending on your location. Movies and TV product are ordered directly from the movie studios so ship times will vary.
For subscription boxes, they will begin shipping the third week of the month.
What If I Haven't Received My Shipment?
Please note: You must contact us within 2 weeks of your shipment confirmation if you haven't received your shipment so that we can investigate it with the postal carrier. Any claims for lost, stolen or damaged parcels will not be accepted 2 weeks past the ship date.
You will receive a tracking notice once your order ships to the email address on your account.
Please allow 2-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or marked as "return to sender" for any reason (e.g., unclaimed or refused parcel), a reshipping fee will be charged. If we receive the package back, our customer service team will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.
Please Note: Label Creation date listed on tracking is NOT your shipping date. Labels are always created in advance each month to prepare boxes for shipment. Tracking may take 1-3 business days to update as our shipping providers may not scan all boxes right away. Please email us after 10 business days of receiving your shipment email if you have not received your package or would like to inquire about your box status.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We have three shipping options available. If you order 1-2 items you have the option of a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Please note that this flat fee does not come with tracking information.
For all other shipments, the shipping total is calculated at the time of check out. Simply enter your postal code for estimated shipping fees at the checkout screen.
We also offer expedited shipping if you need your package to arrive quickly!
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
If you want to take a break from your subscription, please login to your account and hit “cancel subscription”. You are able to cancel at any time, no questions asked and can rejoin at any time as well! Please note, that if you do not cancel before the 13th of the month you will be shipped that months box and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
What is Your Return Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we want to make it right and will process a return or exchange for you. We will accept returns and processes exchanges for a refund if you email us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
In order for us to accept your return please note the following: product must be brand new in original/unopened condition which includes digital copies, you must contact our customer service team to approve your return, you must return the product using a carrier/shipping method that provides tracking information, and you will be credited on the same payment method that you used during checkout. If you chose to return your product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
We do not provide store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the product is packaged securely when being returned.
How Do I Receive a Refund?
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping. Refunds are unavailable for orders that are in the process of shipping or have been shipped. Refunds (if approved) will be provided less a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have missing items or any items are damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out! All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported by emailing customer service at hello@myflicks.ca within 14 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement based on product availability.
